Tlie -street fightingr and . -rioting in tlie city of Havana, in Cuba, continued last night and to-dav, several American citizens -being wounded. Four We dead as the result of the three days of rioting and ■ conflict between students and police, and troops. The Government to-day ordered the normal and elementary -schools "to close, and many of -the citizens are remaining indoors The streets were filled with rioters, and much property was destroyed, especially m , the neighbourhood - of the office 0f... the newspaper , ".El Pais," where a woman was killed. ■•ln an earlier disturbance, in -'Vrhich cavalry, infantry, and police ; were attempting. t,o control the crowds, there was considerable sabre fighting and gunfire. Martial ' 'law is now ; enforced, and' army trucks, manned by soldiers with machine-guns are patrolling' the streets. Tlie casualties include five killed arid ■ a dozen injured. ' .
