SUBURBAN SERVICES TO CEASE. PORT LINES EXCEPTED. [THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, September 1»An announcement that all Sunday huburban services, except those between Christcljurch Lyttelton and IQvorcargill and Bluff, would be eliminated as from Sunday, September 24th, was made by the Minister tor Hailways, tlio Hon. \Y.
