Gertrude Lawrence, who has already made her bow to Christchurcb audiences in short pictures, will be seen in her ftrit feature* length production at the Majestic Theatre next week, "The Battle of Paris." Next in importance to Miss Lawrence in this picture is Charles Buggies, who will forever be remembered as the elegant inebriate of "The Lady Lies," and the Inelegant inebriate reporter of "Roadhouso Mights." Ruggles can be drunk with more humour and deoency than any other actor of stage or screen, and ho has some great scenes in VThe Battle' of Paris." This picture la a new departure for screen oroft.
