"Ohristchuvch Calling," a vevii® organised by tho postmen of Christchurch. will commence a season at the Civic Theatre on Thursday The best of local talent has been fathered together, and the entertainment should be & thorough suoccss The entire proceeds will ro to the Nurse Maude Sicls and I>Htituti? Fund. Instrumental, vocal, elocutionary, and dancing items will comprise the programme The "William Tell" Overture and Ketelby'a "In » Monastery Garden" will be played by the Working Men's Club Orchestra; Bloy's Banjo Band will be present; and there will be numprous individual items. The revue will be staged i'or the three nights, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and the box plans, which are already open, may te inspected at Tho Bristol Piano Company.
