DUNEDIN, September 7In a hard and fast exhibition of wrestling Kara Pasha (12st 81b) defeated Tom Bay (12st 91b) in the Town Hall last night before a large attendance. The contest went the full distance, eight' rounds, Pasha secoring a fall in the fifth round. Pasha wss several times forced ont of the ring by Bay, who was the aggressor throughout. A fall against the Turk appeared certain in the final round after a aeries of punishing headlocks, but the gong saved him, the contest ending in an uproar. LEWIS OUTPOINTED. An old man at Coalville in Leicestershiro, who was blind from birth* it ß died after being organist at the church for over , fifty years.
