(pEBSS ASEOCHTIO* CTl,tr.».m ) WELLINGTON, September 5. Mr Justice Frazer gave judgment to-day in a dispute affecting the New Zealand Trawler and Fish Supply Com-
pany and the Seamen'b Union. He said that the Court had been unable to agree, and no decision had been made. It was open to the parties to confer with the object of making an agreement, or they might bring the matter before the Court at a later dats.
