(P8863 ASSOCXATIOK ' T2LBOBAM.), WELLINGTON, September 4Reserved judgment was delivered by the Arbitration Court, which nonsuited Donald Dunn Milligan in his claiin for, £.IOOO against the Y.M.C.A., Wangaiiui, in respect to the death of his adoptive father/David Dunn Milligan, as the result of a Icick received in play while the latter was secretary of the Association. During a game of ping-pong in the institution Milligan-was kicked by-a boy: as an agreed penalty for losing. A serious injury was accidentally inflicted, and death resulted on .October 22nd, 1929.
