A deputation, from the Mothers' Health Society waited on the Minister for Health requesting the restoration of the £l5O subsidy, which, as an economy measure, had not appeared on this year's Estimates. The Minister said he regretted having to disooii tinue the subsidy. He said, however, he would bring the matter up in Cabinet. He offered to subscribe £lO him-
