SERVICE IN DIVORCE.
COMMENTS BY JUDGE. Reference was made by Mr Justice Adams in the Supreme Court yesterday during the hearing of a divorce case' as to the possibility of fraud arising out of the service of - divorce papers under pertain circumstances. "In this case," he said, "the husband went with the solicitors clerk and pointed out the wife. The service of papers under such circum- ; stances is not satisfactory. Ihere could be cojlusion. Such a method leaves the way open to fraudulent application and Impersonation of the wife and the possibility of defeating the ends of justice. , "I shall expect something better than that in all future cases."
