NITROGEN SYNDICATE.
Negotiations whloh have been proceeding J in Berlin between the producer* of nitrogen from limestone have been' successfully concluded. A new syndicate has been formed with an annual production of 250,000 tons of nitrogen. English, German, French, Italian, Belgian, and other national nitrogen*: works are thus united in controlling 92 per ; eent. of the entire production, of the world.'
