♦ LIST OF OFFICERS. Under the rules of the Chris tchurch Citizens' Association the members of the General Committee are elected for two years, one half retiring annually. In the report of the annual meeting only the names of the members of tho General Committee olected this year were given. Tho full list of tho officors of the Association (with tho exception of the chairman, who will bo elected at to-morrow night's meeting of , the general committee) is as follows: — President—Mr H. D.
