MOTORIST FINED.

(rRZSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM ) HAMILTON, July 2. The necessity for cyclists carrying tail lights on their machines was emphasised by Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M., to-day in a case when ho fined a motorist for over-running a cyclist on a recent dark night. The Magistrate said that these cases were becoming very frequent and his experience of them over a long period showed that cyclists in dark clothes were most difficult to observe at night by motorists approaching from the rear.
