PERMITS FOR HOUSES. NEW BUILDING BY-LAWS. It the new building by-law* are passed by the City Council, a lower fee will be charged for construction costing loss than £BOO, but a considerably higher charge will be made for permite covering «tructures which are to cost more than £IOOO.
