DEFINITE IMPROVEMENT REPORTED. (uamsa omcut wnsssseu) RUGBY, May 28. A definite improvement is reported to-day in the condition of the King, who is suffering from a painful localised rheumatism of the right hip. His Majesty is receiving massage treatment under the directum of Ms physician, Lord Dawson, who announced that the Sing Will be unable to accompany tho Queen when she attends the Boyal Military Tournament to-morrow.
