The Australian explorer. Sir Hubert Wilkins, may accompany the Syears Arctic Expedition, sponsored by the Canadian Government. Sir Hubert, it is stated, has been given permission to join the expedition, which will go north by the steamer Beorthic from North Sydney (Nova Scotia) in the latter part of July-
