ESCAPEES RECAPTURED.
CPBBSS ASSOCIATION TZUSOBAK.) NAPIER, May 14. The Maori fugitives from Te Awamutu, William Broughton, aged eighteen, and George Thomas Maodonald Bryant, aged nineteen, were captured.this morning in a swamp at Brookfields, after a continuous watch since yesterday morning. The escapees were involved in - a motor smash at the Devil's Elbow on Sunday.
