HARMONIC SOCIETY.
TO-NIGHT'S CONCERT.
The Christchurch Harmonic Soolety will again appear at the Concert Hall this evening under Madame Ottlee. for the repeat performance of Thursday night's concert. A good entertainment Is assured all who patronise this concert, and those who attended the first night have Rpoken in very high terms of the singing of the choir in the various part-songs, and in the work "Merrie England." Thi» soloists also received a very good reception Miss Marjorie Alexander, the sixteen-year-old pianist, who is a Christchurch girl, delighted the audience with her brilliant playing. Mr James Shaw, the new tenor singer, won groat favour with the singing of "Onaway, Awake. Beloved," and in every way this must be accounted as one of the Society's best concerts.
