The annual report of tbe Kaitangata Coal Company says that the' year'* operations have,resulted in a profit of £3728 4a 6d, an improvement over the previous year of £BO3B Is lid. During. the yoar £3065 6s lid was spent in development work in the No. 1 mine, and £6ll 14s Id in the removal of plant from Castle Hill mine.
