The authorised capital is' £IO,OOO in £1 shares, and the chief subscribers are:—Herbert Walter Atack, solicitor, Christchurch, 8000 shares; Walter Seddon Clayton company manager, Christchurch, 1000 shares; and William Henry Shaw Hughes, solicitor, of Weflinerton, 1000 shares. The objects of the company_ cover a wide field of operations, and include research in electricity' and the manufacture of scientific apparatus.
