Following the" explosion of another bomb on the north side of the city of Chicago, destroying a laundry and injuripg two persons, business men created an organisation, which is privately financed and >a headed by Robert Randolph, a local executive who had a distinguished career in the American Army in France, to conduct a Becret campaign against the city criminal elements. A board composed of the leading figures in the city is directing the affairs of the organisation.
