JURY AWARDS £373 DAMAGES.
(NUBBS ASSOCIATION TSUOBAX.) WELLINGTON. February ,13. In the Supreme Court, Henry Hug; gins, sheet-metal worker, of Tinakori road, claimed £576 17s from the Canadian Knight and Whippet Motor Company, motor in respect of an accident when plaintiff fell down an inspection port in defendant's garage and broke a leg. The jury, after a lengthy retirement, awarded £373 15s damages. The .entering of judgment was deferred pending legal argument on nonsuit points.
