IN BANKRUPTCY.
FAILURE OF LABOURER. A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Albert Edward Burrell, of Kimberley, North Canterbury, was to have been held in the office of the deputy Official Assignee, Christchurch, yesterday morning, but as there was not a quorum present the meeting could not be held. In his filed statement bankrupts total debts were shown as £ll2 16s, and his deficiency was set down at £lO2 16s. " The sole asset was a hut, valued at £lO, at Kimberley. There are no secured creditors in the estate, and the principal unsecured Creditors are: W. Pole, Darfield, grocer, £l9; G. Wellburn, Darfield, mechanic, £l7; G. E. Thomson, Darfield, storekeeper, £l2; C. Cridge, Darfield, butcher, £l3 17s 4d; M. Foley, St. Albans, cattle dealer, £l9 12s 6dj; T»
