COMMISSIONER HITCHING.
(USITZD TRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELZCTBIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT.) LONDON. February 11. The death has occurred of Commissioner T. H. Kitching, of the Salvation Army. He formerly toured Australia.
[For many years Commissioner Kitclung was secretary to the founder of the Salvation Army, and also to Genoral Bramwell Booth. He was also literary secretary and head of tho translations department of the Army's activities. He was born in 1866.]
