PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT SCHEME.

AUCKLAND, February 12. Several proposals for implying and popularising the tramways have been under discussion during the past three or four months by a committee of the Transport Board. Among them is a scheme for erecting waiting rooms at the various tram termini for the convenience of passengers who are oblieed tO „ C r!?, an ? o from feeder bu " to tram. "The idea is still being discussed, and has not been approved by the Board yet, said the manager (Mr A. E.
