The standard of the entry was only a medium one. There was a consistent demand at the best of last week's rates for any attractive exhibits that were penned. Mediocre entries had few friends, and were responsible for the lower prices being paid for them to the extent of ilOs to £2. We quote on to-day's catalogue as follows:—Best Becond and third calvers from £l3 to £ls, good £lO to £l2, medium £7 15s to £9, aged and inferior £4 to £7 ss; best heifers £l2 to £ls, exceptional to £l7 15s, good £lO to £ll, others £9 to £lO.
