A few consignments of prime steers wire yarded, and one or two long l range consignments or roadtravelled consignments were sprinkled throughout the entry. For the most part, with one or two exceptions, the entry was made up of plain or unfinished cattle, or •attle that were slipping back. The market opened at last week's rates; but as the sale progressed it became somewhat irregular. Reviewing the market as a whole, in our opinion handy-weights sold irregularly from J»*t week's prices' to an easing of 3s per 1001b on occasions.
