(PBESS ASSOCIATION TXUSGBAX.) PALMERSTON N., February 12. By the belt and brace* a decomposed body found in the Manawatu river on Tuesday evening was identified as that of Rowland Hawkins Drummond, aged 46 years, who was drowned through the capsizing of a boat on July 23rd, 1929. ,
