The lutes. Wednesday next, February 19th, is the last day on which rates may be paid without incurring the 10 per cent, penalty. The Town Clerk (Mr F. Hobbs) reported yesterday that payments are now coming in freely. S.P.C.A. A meeting- o£ those interested in the work of the S.P.C.A. will be held in the Council Chambers tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock for the purpose of forming a junior league. Harbour Light Theatre. "Cheyenne," starring Ken Maynard, and "The Country Doctor," featuring Rudolph Schildkraut, will be repeatod at the Harbour Light Theatre to-night. To-morrow "Get Your Man," starring Clara Bow, will bo screened with a good supporting programme. On Saturday night, in conjunction with pictures, an attractive programme of vaudeville will be presented. This is headed by Frank Andrews, well-known in vaudeville and radio in a. varied act which includes singing, talking, dancing, and trick piano-play-ing. With him is dainty Phyllis Andrews, a, clever child soubrette from pantomime and tho Regent Theatre ballet. Miss Myra Sutton, a Lyttelton contralto, will sing, and Jock LockTTart, Scottish comedian, will appear in song and patter. Frank and Phyllis Andrews will also appear at Saturday's matinee.
