BOY SCOUTS IN CAMP.
HOLIDAY FIXTURES. Boy Scout troops which will be in camp" at various times during the holidays are as follows:—The Little River and Edgeware Troops, at Little Biver; tie Trinity Troop, at Chaney's; the New Brighton Troop, at Mount Grey; the East Belt Trooi* at Coldstream; tie Rangiora Troop, at Fernside. A camp of about 250 Wolf Cubs, drawn from the district, is being held at Charteris Bay, and will break up on January 2nd. The Linwood group are on the West Coast, where they are holding a combined camp at Hikonui, with the Hokitika and Grey Scouts. They will return on January 3rd. A Wood Badge course was completed by Wolf Cub officers at Sandwell last week-end, under the supervision of Major Sandford and Eover-leader J. R. Middleton, of Wellington, when the Totem Pole, presented by Lord Baden Powell, was used for the first time. Major Furby attended the camp.
