PILLION RIDER INJURED.
.PRBRS ASSOCIATION" TELEUBAM > AUCKLAND, December 2fi. Severe injuries to the head and concussion were sustained by Herbert Darwin, aged 17, as the result of being thrown from a motor-cycle on which hi was pillion-riding in Mount St. John avenue, Eppoip, this afternoon. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital, and had not regained consciousness this evening. The rider of the machine escaped uninjured.
