♦ BOUT AT AUCKLAND. (puna association rEt-EaaAM.) AUCKLAND, September 16. Hundreds of people were unable to gain admission to the Town Hall to night when a profusions! wrestling contest took place between Mararjan Singh (India) 13st o|lb, and Farmer Vance (Canada), 12st lib. The Indian won in the fourth round. He secured the first (all la the opening round with a body press. Vance obtained a submission fall in the third round. Tba finish was disappointing to the tars* erowd, as in the fourth round the Indian was holding the ropes with Vance tuggittg hard to pall him away. Suddenly Singh released his hold of the ropes and fell backwards heavily on Vance, who was knocked out tor eome time.
