MR MARKS DETERMINED TO CONTEST SEAT.

SYDNEY, September 14.

The Constitution provides that Parliament shall meet not later than 30 days after the return of the writs, the date for which will be about November 12th. It is anticipated, therefore, that the new Parliament will be called together towards the end of November. Mr W.
