SCHOONER FOUNDERS.
(I'M'ttD PRESS ASSOCIATION—Bt EMXT&IC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) SUVA, September 7. The auxiliary schooner Manoa foundered 17 miles from Levuka, near Makogai, yesterday. The crew were rescued. The owner and one of the crew were injured, and were taken to Levuka Hospital. The Manoa was tho vessel which took a crowd of Punjabis secretly to Chili, but went ashore at Benga and was seized by the Government. Later she was well-known as a trader. —Australian Press Association.
