A San Francisco message states that approximately 3000 tins of opium, declared to be worth 1.000,000 dollars at the retail price, were found by Customs officials in the luggage of Mrs Ying Kao, wife of the Chinese Vice-Consxil there, on her return from China. —Australian Press Association, United Service.
