HEAVY TRAFFIC FEES.
REDUCTION OPPOSED. (PHSSS ASSOCIATION TZUSOBAM.) ELTHAM, July 9. A meeting of the Taranaki Local Bodies' Association yesterday protested against the reduction of heavy traffic fees and resolved that the Association request the executive of the Counties Association and Municipal Association to take in hand the framing of evidence to place before the Transport Council and state the case on the Association's behalf, the Association's executive being empowered to deal with the matter.
