BUSINESS FALLS AWAY. In its report to the City Council last evening the Markets Committee stated: The Committee has to report that the chairman of the Committee haa again conferred with representatives of the growers in reference to the municipal market and ha* arranged with Mr J. E. Strachan to address tlie growers on the question of co-operative marketing. The supervisor of the market reports that business done by stallholders at the market haa fallen off considerably since the sale of the site.
