In the Magistrate's Court, Kami Watson and Louis Albert Sarten, both of Waitara, v.-ere committed for trial on a charge of negligent driving and causing the death of J» nn Poletti. a farmer, of Bell Blocs. »a ? son, an employee of Sarten, had no light on a lorrv, and Sarten, who was driving a car went in front, but suosequentlv thought it better to go «" hind the lorrv, which later ran over Poletti. inflicting fatal injuries.
