"DETECTIVES."

"TARZAN THE MIGHTY." G3AXD THEATRE, lICOVDAT. Three pictures are to be screened at the Grand Theatre next week as well as the usual programme of short subjects. The Karl Dane, George K. Arthur comedy, "Detectives," heads the bill, followed by a Hoot Gibson story, "The I.ariat Kid." Then there will be presented the first chapter oi the new serial, "Tarzan, the Mighty," from the story by Edgar Bice Burroughs. The first chapter is entitled '"The Terror of Tarzan," and is set in the African jungle. Frank llerril and Natalie Kingston have the leads in this picture. As fur "Detectives," it is another of the uproarious farces that Dane and Arthur do so well. In thi» story they are amateur detectives in a fashionable hotel. A jewel robbiry, a haunted house, a girl who disappears 'in the niirht, and other sensational things are some of the incident* that go to make "Detectives" a very funny affair. Hoot Gibson in "The Lariat Kid" provides another outdoor thriller. Box plane are at The Bristol Piano Company, where seats may be reserved.
