British Tobaccos show improvement with dealings at 51s, 50s lOd, and 50s 9d, market closing 50s 9d buyers, 50s lOd sellers. Dunlop Rubbers slackened a trifle to 27s lid. Mahakipawas were weaker with sale 3 and sellers at lid, buyers at lOjd. Commercial Bank of Sydney shares claimed firmer buyers at £27 7s 6d, but sellers wanted £27 12s 6d.
