MISSING FISHERMEN.
LOCATED ON ISLAND. (pursa ASSOCIATION txlegeam.) WHAKATANE, May 18. The launch party of six fishermen, which has been missing from Matata for five days, was located on R-urima Island, and two of "the party were brought to Whakatane by a launch 'ast evening. The others wore able to get away in their own launch. The party was driven on the islana in the storm, and had to repair the launch. They lived on two loaves of bread and five fishes, which they had caught, together with some mutton birds they captured. Thev obtained rain water for drinking" purposes there being no springs on the island. Ibe party were none the worse for their adventure.
