NATIONAL ASSOCIATION. (press association teleobam.) DUNEDIN, May 5. The Council of the National Coursing Association decided on Saturday night to appoint Mr C. E. Marks as judge for the New Zealand "Waterloo Meeting at Invercargill on July 24th, 25th, and 26th, and Mr T. Marshall as slipper. It was also agreed to contribute £lO aa added money for the Waturloo Cup. Tho Waitara Club was granted control oi the New Zealand Derby and Oaks. The newly-formed Auckland Club was granted affiliation and Mr B. Ellison accented oa delegate. It was resolved to fine L. and H. Mcpherson £5 each for racing two unregistered dogs named- Ben Hur and Beau Geste at Coursing meetings. It was mentioned that the owners had received stakes worth JS2O and a cup.
