PAST SERVICES.
EX-MEMBERS OF DOMAINS BOARD. Aopreciation of the services of exmembera of the Domains Board w*s voiced at the- first meeting of the new Board yesterday afternoon. Mr K. F. Stead moved that the Board should place on record its thanks to former mtmbera who had no* re-appointed to the Board. Mr W«»o made special reference to the work done bv Mr \V. H. Winsor, and said that he had taken the greatest interest in the business of the Board. If the work he had done for it had had to be paid for, it would have cost a considerable sum. Mr Winsor's close connexion with the various sports bodies bad enabled him to take a sympathetic view of their representations. The chairman (Mr George Harper), in seconding, said that, excepting himself, Mr Winsor was the senior member of the Board and not only bad he been an enthusiastic worker but also a capable chairman of the Sports Grounds Committee. Tli? motion was carried by acclamation.
