ANNUAL MEETING. [THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON. May S. The N.Z.F.A. annual meeting was held tonight. Only three direct delegates were present in addition to members of the Council. The annual report and balaace-shect were adopted. Mr H. I. Graves, when announcing his resignation as hon. treasurer, said he believed the Association would become financial in the next three months or *o. Hii Excellency the Governor-General was elected patron and Sir Charles Statham president. The Council were re-elected and Mr W. L. Wilson was elected lion, treasurer. The Otago remit to revise the F.A. trophy conditions was referred to the Competitions Committee. There is to be no visit from an Australian team, nor is a New Zealand team to bo sent away. The question of sending a schoolboy team to Australia is to be referred to the North and South Island Primary Schools' Association, the delegates being generally in favour. It was decided to make a further appeal to associations and clubs for financial support. The Wellington Association has paid a subscription and given £3O towards the overdraft, and a benefit match before the end of the season. South Auckland asreed to make a levy of Is per member, with a minimum of £BO. The Westland delegate also promised £lO from his body.
