COMPENSATION AWARDED.
(rmznm AssocXArco* tumum ) PALMERJSTON X., February 13. Tlie Supreme Court gave judgment this morning in a claim by David Bqick against the Hallway Department in the case in which £4400 was claimed for sis acres of land taken, plus depreciation of the balance of a farm, in connexion with the railway deviation at Palmers ton North. The Court aaarded £2309 and ordered the Department to build a road giving Improved acueaa to the farm.
