A new law operate* throughout Switzerland to-day whereunder persons are forbidden to advertise or tell any secret remedies for the teatment of tuberculosis. The question has been raised m to whether Dr. Spablinper ia affected. Dr. Spahlinger if at present in London, but it was stated on his behalf that he had never sold or advertised his serum.—Australian Preas Association.
