A POSTPONEMENT POSSIBLE. (HOTTED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELICTXIC TBLEOBAPH—COPYBIOHT.) (Received January 2nd, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 2. The "Daily Telegraph's" lobbyist states that the Christmas truce will be followed by five months' unceasing preparations for the General Elections. It is reported from a most reliable source that the Government is planning dissolution on May 10th. If that is impossible the Elections will be postponed till October.—Australian Press Association.
