WOMAN KILLED.
JOLTED OUT OF CAB. (PBBS3 ASSOCIATION TBLSOSJUt.) NEW PLYMOUTH, January 2. Annabelle Hughes, aged 82, wife of William Hughes, a store man, was killed in a motor smash to-night. The car was full of passengers, and apparently Mrs Hughes was sitting 011 the knee of another passenger in the back seat. The car left the road and plunged into a ditch. The jolt threw Mrs Hughes out on her head. She was dead when a doetor arrived. None of the other passengers was injured.
