A message from St. Paul states that bandits who, on August 9th, overpowered a guard and captured £5090, have voluntarily returned every penny. Detectives _ for the interested insurance companies traced the robbers, who came to the decision that it was better to reimburse the losers than face arrest. The deal was transacted through a lepal firm.—United Service.
