The most enthusiastic football supporter in. the world is Mr Charles Townsend, a YorkshSreman, who walked all the way from Hull f a distance of about 200 wiles to see his team play Millwall recently. Mr Townsend attends a match every Saturday, whether it is at Plymouth or South Shields. Last season he walked 2800 miles.
