WAITAKI POWER SCHEME.
DELIVERY DATE OF GENERATORS. Regarding the delivery dato of the generators for the Waitaki power house, tenders for which closed on Tuesday, it is stipulated that the first unit, 16,666 k.v.a., is required by March 31st, 1930, and the second (of similar capacity) by May 31sfc, 1930. They are to be delivered at Timaru. whence they will be transported by rail to the site of the dam about four miles from Kurow.
